Burnout can happen when an individual is unable to keep up with life's demands. It is a state of emotional and physical exhaustion.

Below are tips that might help you avoid burnout:

1. Sleep. Getting enough sleep can prevent burnout.

2. SeIf-reflect. Identify what is bothering you.

3. Exercise regularly.

4. Eat a healthy diet.

5. Build your personal and professional support system.

6. Be mindful.

7. Set boundaries. Boundaries can let others know what your needs are.
